The Life Centre - Workshop 2-4pm Sunday 31st July 2016

15 Edge Street, Notting Hill, London W8 5PN

Book at reception or call - 0207 221 4602

AN INSIDE JOB  - finding peace and mindfulness

This workshop will include the book and CD and provide -

Information on the science behind the workings of the mind

Simple techniques to work with the inner mind

How to utilise the knowledge and techniques to live out the tenets of Mindfulness

Understanding how the conscious and subconscious parts of the mind work helps us to understand why we develop certain ways of dealing with the world (i.e. our lives) that don’t always make us happy, relaxed and fulfilled.  Once we begin to understand this, we can learn techniques that bring our patterns of behaviour more in line with how we would like our lives to be.  This may just be - the ability to relax more easily, or maybe to respond more mindfully to others and our surrounding environment, but whatever it may be, it can be your choice.

The concluding part of the workshop is guaranteed to be relaxing and uplifting - the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but please contact Helen first if you are currently being treated for any mental health issue (this will, of course, be totally confidential). Helen 07930 323157.  Email helencraven@talktalk.net.
